1. Bookings & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are redeemable against the cost of treatment unless you fail to attend or cancel late.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Medical Suitability

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent treatments (including dental work, vaccinations, or infections).

Certain treatments may not be suitable depending on your medical history or current health. If you are deemed unsuitable, the deposit will cover your consultation time and is non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health between appointments.

4. Treatment Outcomes

Results vary from client to client and no guarantee can be made regarding treatment outcomes.

You may require a course of treatments or maintenance sessions to achieve or maintain results.

Before and aftercare instructions will be provided; it is your responsibility to follow them for optimal results.

5. Refusal of Treatment

We reserve the right to decline treatment if:

You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

You are rude, aggressive, or disrespectful to staff.

We believe the treatment is not in your best interest or not clinically appropriate.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change at any time.

Treatment pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or consultation.

All treatments must be paid in full on the day unless agreed otherwise.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds are given for treatments already carried out.

In the case of adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction, we will assess and offer appropriate aftercare, advice, or alternative treatment where necessary.

Refunds for courses/packages will be at the clinic’s discretion and may incur deductions for sessions already used or administered.

8. Client Photography & Consent

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical record purposes. These will be stored securely and not used for marketing without your written consent.

You will be required to sign a consent form before each treatment, which confirms your understanding of the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.

9. Age Policy

We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. You may be asked to provide ID if age is unclear.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is held securely in accordance with GDPR regulations.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or necessary for treatment delivery (e.g., pharmacy prescriptions).

By booking, you consent to us contacting you via email, phone, or SMS for appointment reminders, medical information, and relevant clinic communications.

11. SMS Messaging Programme

By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional messages.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Patch Testing (if applicable)

For certain treatments (e.g., skin peels, microneedling, boosters), a patch test may be required at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Failure to attend a patch test may result in treatment being declined and your deposit forfeited.

13. Subscription Plans & Early Cancellation

By signing up to a monthly subscription plan (e.g., Frown-Free Club), you are committing to a minimum 12-month agreement unless otherwise stated.

If you choose to cancel your subscription early, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance of the full treatment plan up to the point of cancellation.

This ensures the value of treatments already received is covered, as the subscription spreads the cost over time.

We reserve the right to pause or cancel a subscription if payments are repeatedly missed or fail.

Refunds will not be issued for partially completed subscription terms unless under exceptional circumstances, at the clinic’s discretion.
